Dear colleagues,
after long discussion among the EP chairs and co-chairs on Meteorology, Phenology and Leaf Area Index; Forest Growth; Ambient Air Quality; Biodiversity and Ground Vegetation, the local organizers and the PCC of ICP Forests we decided to cancel the above mentioned meeting due to the increased risk of infection with COVID-19. This decision was not easy for us but health comes first.
An important matter of the workshop was to discuss and agree on the proposed manual changes. This discussion will be not postponed but done by e-mail and partly by videoconferencing. It is therefore important that you are available from 10 to 12 March to work on the documents sent by the chairs and to join the discussions on the proposed manual changes. The EP chairs and co-chairs will organize this process in cooperation with the PCC.
Please note that the organizers will cancel the accomodation. There will be no storno fee. Information on refund of conference fees will be sent by the local organisers in the coming days.

As you already know, the EP Combined meeting in Kutná hora was, unfortunately, cancelled due to risk of COVID-19 coronavirus. We were looking forward to host you in this nice place but we have to accept the need for safety of participants. The decision of cancelling of the meeting is wise.
Your accommodation reservation at Hotel Medinek was cancelled by us without any fee.
For those, who has paid the registration fee we will return the whole amount to your accounts.

For participants from Czech Republic VAT CODE, IBAN and SWIFT CODE are not needed.
