General aim is to develop and verify spatial models of forest soils on the basis of complex evaluation of forest soil surveys carried during last 20 years. Models will cover chemical properties (carbon and nutrient contents, acidification evidence) as well as physical parameters (texture and bulk density). Using these models, thematic maps of forest soils of the Czech Republic will be created for the use by state administration, forest owners and other stakeholders.
