Description of project

The aim of the project is to work out forest regeneration and stand tending practices of forest stands endangered by drought. Utilization of tolerant populations included. Impact of drought in context of outbreak of pests will be evaluated. Optimalization of forest protection methods against phloeophagous insects and rodents and evaluation of relevant long-term pronance plots will be carry out. Evaluated will be connection between long-term periods of drought and negative impacts on produce and vitality of forest stands
