Description of project

The aim of the project is a new delimitation of the posts and roles of ameliorative and stabilizing tree species (ASTS) in forest stands and making of comprehensive data for legislative changes of regulations related to ASTS proportion state support (Decrees no. 83/1996 and no. 139/2004). The outputs of the project will be based on new knowledge of functions and impacts of individual ASTS regarding to forest site quality.
