Description of project
The aim of the project is to develop geodatabase of tree-ring data covering Czech Republic including tree and standlevel metadata and stand properties; to create GIS layers and maps describing recent climatic influence on growth of main forest tree species (Picea abies, Pinus sylvestris, Quercus robur and petrea, Fagus sylvatica, Abies alba); to create GIS layers and maps describing future climatic influence on growth of main forest tree species based on modelled tree-ring chronologies for main forest tree species (Picea abies, Pinus sylvestris, Quercus robur and petrea, Fagus sylvatica, Abies alba), period of interest 2020-2050 with corresponding methodology of implementation of modelled outputs into conceptual and planning documents.
