Abstract
Isozyme analyses of dormant buds of 30 clones from Norway spruce clonal plantations Benecko and Kojice nursery were performed. G-6-PDH, SDH, PGM, AAT, LAP, MDH and 6-PGDH enzyme systems were analyzed by means of one-dimensional horizontal starch gel electrophoresis. Polymorphism of AAT-C, LAP-A, LAP-B, MDH and 6-PGDH loci was found. Genetic uniformity of 94% of the investigated clones was found out. Further, molecular genetic characteristics of the clones were compared with growth and phenology characteristics.
