Description of project
Aim of the project wass to evaluate the effect of the use the brushwood, crushed after felling, on the growth of seedlings, and to find optimal ways of wood crushing and forestation in the localities treated in this way. Within the investigation the state and possible changes in soil chemistry, in nutrition of seedlings and their health state and growth were studied. Also selected physical characteristics of the soil, meteorological parameters, decomposition and state of biotic factors were evaluated. Final report is available on www.lesycr.cz.
